液壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng):
1、試驗(yàn)機(jī)各部件應(yīng)經(jīng)常擦拭，以防止生銹；

2、定期更換液壓油；

3、設(shè)備運(yùn)動(dòng)部位（如楔形塊、絲杠等）應(yīng)經(jīng)常涂抹潤(rùn)滑劑（如二硫化鉬），以保證運(yùn)動(dòng)順暢；

4、不允許隨意拆卸油源及管路，若出現(xiàn)油液滲漏需換密封件時(shí)，要注意管路清潔，此工作應(yīng)由專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行，以免堵塞伺服閥或劃傷油缸活塞，影響試驗(yàn)機(jī)正常使用。
