農(nóng)藥殘留（Pesticide residues)， 是農(nóng)藥使用后一個(gè)時(shí)期內(nèi)沒有被分解而殘留于生物體、收獲物、土壤、水體、大氣中的微量農(nóng)藥原體、有毒代謝物、 降解物和雜質(zhì)的總稱。
