整流器概述及分類
概述
制動(dòng)器是直流線圈 ，由交流電供電時(shí)必需配接整流器將交流電轉(zhuǎn)換成直流電供電磁制動(dòng)器工作。通常情況下，制動(dòng)器的電源在整流器的交流側(cè)控制，若需實(shí)現(xiàn)制動(dòng)器的快速制動(dòng)，則應(yīng)在整流器的直流側(cè)對(duì)制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行控制（在整流器的直流側(cè)串接一個(gè)與電機(jī)電源同步的開(kāi)關(guān)）。我公司開(kāi)發(fā)有直接可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速制動(dòng)的整流器，在整流器交流側(cè)斷電就可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速制動(dòng)。

整流器使用注意事項(xiàng)
l 整流器輸入端必須接入工頻50HZ電源，嚴(yán)禁接入變頻電源。
l 整流器的輸出直流電壓必須與制動(dòng)器額定電壓相匹配。
l 整流器zui大允許直流電流2.。
l BZL3整流器與制動(dòng)器電壓匹配見(jiàn)下表：
