簡介：
琥珀酸是半胱氨酸殘基的一種穩(wěn)定的翻譯后修飾，其會改變蛋白質(zhì)功能或轉(zhuǎn)變以響應(yīng)細胞內(nèi)氧化還原環(huán)境的變化。當Krebs循環(huán)中間體富馬酸鹽與半胱氨酸反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生S-（2-琥珀酸）半胱氨酸（2SC）時，就會發(fā)生丁二酸。大量的蛋白質(zhì)會發(fā)生琥珀酸化，包括酶、脂肪因子、細胞骨架蛋白和ER伴侶，琥珀酸化已被證明在調(diào)節(jié)生物學中發(fā)揮作用。在糖尿病中可以看到脂肪細胞蛋白琥珀化的增加，這是由營養(yǎng)過剩引起的線粒體應(yīng)激引起的。因此，2SC被作為慢性疾?。ㄈ绶逝帧⑻悄虿『桶┌Y）中線粒體應(yīng)激或功能障礙的生物標志物。
