DBETE型比例泄壓閥是具有閥座設計和集成電子（OBE）的遠程控制閥，用于系統(tǒng)壓力限制。通過帶中心螺紋和可拆卸線圈的比例螺線管進行操作。電磁閥內部連接至端口T或Y，并充滿液壓油。根據(jù)電氣指令值，這些閥門可用于將系統(tǒng)壓力無級設定為受限。這些閥主要由殼體（1）、比例電磁閥（2）、閥座（3）、提升閥（4）和集成電子元件（6）組成。電源和命令值電壓施加在連接器（7）上。在工廠，指令值壓力特性曲線的調整幾乎沒有制造公差。
基本原則
對于系統(tǒng)壓力的設置，在控制電子設備上定命令值。根據(jù)指令值，電子元件用電流驅動電磁線圈。比例電磁閥將電流轉換為機械力，通過電樞柱塞（5）作用于提升閥（4）。提升閥（4）推動閥座（3）并阻塞端口P和T或Y之間的連接。如果提升閥（3）上的液壓力等于電磁閥力，則閥門通過將提升閥（2）提升離閥座（4）來控制設定壓力，從而使液壓油從端口P流向T或Y。如果指令值為零，控制電子設備僅向比例電磁閥（2）施加小控制電流，并設置小設定壓力。
