The K522 Hitech Instruments （Witt） OEM analyzer is a DIN rail mounted “blind” instrument with a remote flame proof Katharometer sensor. K522 Gas Analyzer provides a 4 to 20 mA output and RS232 communications. It is programmable for output ranges of 0 to 10%, 0 to 30% and 0 to100% for H2 or He in a background gas of nitrogen or argon.
The electronics of K522 Gas Analyser must be mounted in a safe area and interfaced via customer provided armoured cable and a suitably certified “d” or “e” junction box to the remote Katharometer mounted in the Hazardous area.
The K522 comprises an electronics module and sensor only. To complete the measurement system a suitable sampling system, gassing cap, Junction box and cable are required.
