產(chǎn)品描述
CHIRALDEX B-PM 和 Supelco β-DEX 110 以及 Supelco β-DEX 120 三個固定相之間的主要區(qū)別在于摻入聚硅氧烷載體中的全甲基環(huán)糊精衍生物的濃度不同。CHIRALDEX B-PM 是用于酸、醇、巴比妥、二醇、環(huán)氧化物、酯、烴類、酮、內(nèi)酯和萜烯分離的通用色譜柱。此外,某些非衍生醇和二醇以及某些具有極性基團的分析物(即叔胺)也能較好分離。
