Application

甘氨酸是用于聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳的 Tris-甘氨酸和 Tris-甘氨酸-SDS 運行緩沖液的成分¹。甘氨酸也是蛋白質印跡 Towbin 轉移緩沖液的成分²。
