產(chǎn)品介紹：

順磁性氧化鐵（SPIO）納米顆粒是一種的納米材料，它們是一系列由磁性氧化鐵組成的晶狀物質(zhì)，該化合物通式為Fe³⁺₂O₃M²⁺O，其中M²⁺味二價金屬，如Fe，Mg，Co，Ni，Mn等，其中常研究的為Fe²⁺組成的Fe₃O₄,鐵磁性微粒的粒徑一般在0.1-10μm，當(dāng)貼的氧化物遠(yuǎn)小于鐵磁性微粒是，呈現(xiàn)出順磁性，Fe₃O₄晶體呈現(xiàn)順磁性的臨界直徑為50nm。得益于其納米直徑和的磁效應(yīng)，因此具有某些的功能。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：

順磁，是指當(dāng)納米粒子小到一定尺寸的時候，每一個納米粒子都相當(dāng)于一個小的磁疇。當(dāng)無外加磁場，粒子（磁疇）排列無序，表現(xiàn)為順磁。當(dāng)施加磁場，粒子按磁場排列，顯示出鐵磁（但比塊體弱）。當(dāng)外加電磁場時，納米顆?？梢员煌饧拥拇艌龇较蛩龑?dǎo)，而當(dāng)撤出磁場后又可恢復(fù)原先的狀態(tài)。順磁性氧化鐵（SPIO）表面具有正電荷，和容易與帶負(fù)電荷的物質(zhì)如抗，核酸等相結(jié)合，得益于這些特性，順磁性氧化鐵（SPIO）被應(yīng)用于靶向的研究應(yīng)用中。
