Scope of application:
Vacuum drying oven is widely applicable for drying and sterilization in fields of biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine and health, agriculture and scientific research and environment protection. It is designed specially for drying of material which is thermo-sensitive or decompounded and oxidative easily.
Advantages of vacuum dry technology:
- It has follow advantages compare with the routine dry technology:
- Vacuum environment greatly reduced the liquid boiling point which needs to drive out, therefore the vacuum dry method is applicable for heat sensitivity material;
- For the sample that can't be dried easily, such as powder or other pellet form sample, using vacuum dry method may efficiently shorten dry time;
- Various complex structures of machinery ministry or other porous sample process are used of vacuum dry method after washing, and Compley dry without leaving any residue;
- Use more safe: under vacuum or inertia condition, compley eliminate the possibility that the oxide heated and explode;
- Compare with the normal drying depended on air cycle, Powder samples will not be blown or moved by air
Control Feature:
Function of parameters memory and electricity incoming recovery when data lost because of power cut or system halted.
Product Feature:
- Adopts originated domestic streamline arc design, the outer is made of cold rolled steel plate, the surface is static lacquered;
- Temperature control system adopts microcomputer single chip technology, with the functions of temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm;
- Double screens of high light nixie tube display, the value displayed well, predominant performance, set and adjust parameters by touch type buttons;
- With the functions of timing and time;
- The interior chamber is made of stainless steel material, the design of corners semicircular is easy to clean;
- The tightness of door can be adjusted by user optionally, the silicone rubber door seal whole shaped, ensure the high vacuum degreed in chamber;
- The chamber is quadrate to maximize the volume, the door adopts steel bulletproof double glass which is easy for observation.
