Yaxin-1101s Pn Meter is specially designed for the teaching of plant physiology experiment in university. The instrument uses gas exchange method to measure leaf photosynthesis. The difference value of CO2 concentration which leaf photosynthesis in chamber is measured, and then the photosynthetic rate of leaves is calculated.
I. Instrument Functions
1. Measurement function: Gas CO2 concentration, humidity, temperature, leaf surface temperature, light intensity (PAR), gas flow rate;
2. Calculation function: Photosynthetic (respiration) rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance
3. Display function: CO2 reference value/measured value; RH (relative humidity) reference value/measured value; Air temperature; Leaf surface temperature; Leaf area, flow rate and atmospheric pressure; Light intensity (PAR)
4. Software functions: Synchronous projection function; Manually controllable light source; Transmission software is free of installation; Support firmware upgrade through USB port; There are two measurement system: open system and closed system. Open system is preferred.
5. Power supply function: Rechargeable battery; Low voltage alarm
