【instructions】This gene encodes a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family and the TGFB receptor subfamily. The encoded protein is a transmembrane protein that has a protein kinase domain, forms a heterodimeric complex with another receptor protein, and binds TGF-beta. This receptor/ligand complex phosphorylates proteins, which then enter the nucleus and regulate the transcription of a subset of genes related to cell proliferation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Marfan Syndrome, Loeys-Deitz Aortic Aneurysm Syndrome, and the development of various types of tumors. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been characterized.

抗體的保存建議：

1.拿到抗體后請在1000-3000轉(zhuǎn)離心1-2分鐘后再打開管蓋進行分裝和保存！（由于運輸過程中反復(fù)顛簸，管內(nèi)微量抗體容易聚集在管蓋處，一旦直接打開容易流失抗體。

2.分裝可以較大程度降低反復(fù)凍融對抗體活性的損害，分裝的量以一次實驗用完為好，但建議最少不要少于10μL每份。

3.大部分抗體收到后4℃短暫保存1-2周對抗體活性是基本沒有影響的。如果抗體很快（1-2周內(nèi)）就能使用完，推薦在4℃保存，避免反復(fù)凍融對抗體活性的損害。如果要長期保存則分裝后-20℃保存。
