Overview
This Collagenase Type I has been pre-tested for the solubilization of collagen gels and the efficient disruption of embryoid bodies (EBs) derived from embryonic stem cells (ESCs). This product has been pre-screened for optimal performance when used with other reagents of the ES-Cult™ product line for the in vitro hematopoietic differentiation of murine ESCs.

• Collagenase (0.25%)
• Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)
• Fetal bovine serum (FBS) (20%)
