        進(jìn)口不銹鋼磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)泵(簡(jiǎn)稱磁力泵)是將永磁聯(lián)軸器的工作原理應(yīng)用于離心泵的新產(chǎn)品，設(shè)計(jì)合理，工藝*、具有全密封、無(wú)泄漏、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn)，其性能達(dá)到英國(guó)格林同類產(chǎn)品的*水平。
          進(jìn)口不銹鋼磁力泵由泵、磁力傳動(dòng)器、電動(dòng)機(jī)三部分組成。關(guān)鍵部件磁力傳動(dòng)器由外磁轉(zhuǎn)子、內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子及不導(dǎo)磁的隔離套組成。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，磁場(chǎng)能穿透空氣隙和非磁性物質(zhì)，帶動(dòng)與葉輪相連的內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子作同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力的無(wú)接觸傳遞，將動(dòng)密封轉(zhuǎn)化為靜密封。 
          進(jìn)口不銹鋼磁力泵以靜密封取代動(dòng)密封，使泵的過流部件處于*密封狀態(tài)，*解決了其他泵機(jī)械密封無(wú)法避免的跑、冒、滴之弊病。磁力泵選用耐腐蝕、高強(qiáng)度的工程塑料、鋼玉陶瓷、不銹鋼等作為制造材料，因此它具有良好的抗腐蝕性能，并可以使被輸送介質(zhì)免受污染。
